Se su Prsetashop vi capita l'errore "file_exists(): open_basedir restriction in effect", si può sistemare facilmente se avete l'accesso al server, ad esempio con plesk.
Vediamo come configurare.
Con un errore, ad esempio, simile a:
[1] file_exists(): open_basedir restriction in effect.
File(/var/www/vhosts/miosito.it/httpdocs/cache/smarty/compile/last_flush/)
is not within the allowed path(s): (/var/www/vhosts/miosito.it/:/tmp/)
Andiamo (in questo caso con plesk) sulle impostazioni php,
e cerchiamo la voce "open_basedir".
La settiamo su "none".
Adesso dovrebbe essersi risolto!
